There are many ways to meditate
And when doing the World Meditation Day meditation one can of course do any kind of meditation that works best for the purpose. Be it a ‘guided’ meditation, a group meditation where everyone gets in a word, TM meditation, Vipassana meditation, light meditation, or what have you. In this article I want to write about two meditation techniques that work for me on a daily basis, and they’re free to learn too.
In my opinion, true spiritual practices are taught for free. Money is only something that blurs the truth. Anyway. My methods are The Knowledge and Falun Gong. They complement each other in a nice way, I think. Even though their respective ‘guru’s’ will probably say that you should only stick to one practice, I follow my own feelings about this. And it works for me.
The Knowledge is taught for free by Maharaji, or Prem Rawat, which is his real name. To learn more about these meditations and World Meditation Day, visit the World Medition Day site.
